  1. To manage, monitor and control stockholding.
  2. To study re-order patterns, consumption and monthly holding and review with principals for monthly
  3. replenishments/indents.
  4.  To prepare stockholding and indent reports for monthly reviews.
  5. To manage inventory out of stocks situations.
  6. Single point of contact to liaise with Principals/Sales Dept, warehouse, shipping and suppliers on
  7. shipment of goods ordered or ad-hoc re-export requests.
  8. To review and liaise with principals and internal departments on required stock adjustments.
  9. To perform stock adjustments and write-offs per guidelines.
  10. To co-ordinate and liaise with internal redressing/repacking facility to ensure timely completion of
  11. stocks redressing/repacking.
  12. To manage and co-ordinate sample requests from principals’ sales representatives.
  13. To ensure that all inventory management information is updated.
  14. To handle inventory issues internally and externally with principals in a service oriented manner.
  15. To ensure that principal requests are attended to in the shortest possible time.
  16. To organize and handle principal stock take
  17. To analyze stock take variances, track stock movements and handle reconciliation of stocks.
  18. To work in a team and handle back up duties of another PSS within team.
